Search Terms
When you enter a name, location, or similar detail into a search box, that request is sent to the third-party provider that operates the search tool. Marshall County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Emails and Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information you provide may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain a reasonable record of the exchange. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless the law requires it.
